Stroke Around Text Tutorial
First find a pic you wanna add text to heres mine:

Step 1-
Add your Text
Step 2
Select the Rectangular Marquee Tool and right click the text like this:

Step 3-
Now choose the Stroke Option at the very bottom like so:
Click Here
and now choose the size and color of the stroke and your done.
